We stopped for dinner at this restaurant on the road to erice. the dishes are prepared with great care, the fresh raw materials (the grilled tuna was very good), the quality of the sweets is very good. to my palate the dishes were slightly under salt but this allowed to better get all the nuances of excellent preparation. the staff is very friendly and professional though young. the paid account is just under the average category therefore good and absolutely not high prices for the quality offered. is open until 22:30 (exceptions), accepts all credit cards.
