Drogerie - Bistro - Erfurt

I usually don't post reviews, but a week after I'm still upset! this restaurant has charged me euro for a glass warm conductive water and given me a piece and a half brot (small slices) to go with something suppe. when I was polite, if I had a whole disc, they only said if I paid another euro. at this point I had spent a lot on eating and crying. When I asked to see the manager, she was too busy (apparently) to talk to me. I found this very arrogant when she calmed the situation. I don't really think this restaurant takes care of their customers, because they depend on tourist (this has formed the majority of their clientele when I was there). in erfurt there are much more beautiful and welcoming places, as I discovered later in my stay.

The atmosphere was charming, and the spinat and mozzarella quiche super delicious! I'd eat it again.

Friendly bistro in a very characteristic place of erfurt. the staff was very friendly, and although the choice of meal times for lunch was small the quality was excellent and the service was perfectly recommended!

I was here twice in hours. love the environment, and old apotheke turned into caffe restaurant. had a nice meal. friendly family-run restaurant. not many seats, but this is also beautiful. They do not take credit cards. fyi

Die Bedienung, vermutlich Besitzerin, ist das unfreundlichste was mir seit langem unter gekommen ist. Gäste, die ihr nicht passen (optisch) oder lukrativ erscheinen werden „wegignoriert“ und bei Nachfrage nur schnippische Antworten. Der Kuchen, wie auch der Kaffee, ist stark überteuert für je knapp fünf Euro und auch nicht selbst gemacht. Der Nachbartisch, der wohl schon öfter dort war, meinte die mediterranen Snacks seien lecker, eine gute Köchin, aber wegen des Service (der Chefin) haben sie auch schon häufiger überlegt nicht mehr zu kommen! Hochmut kommt vor dem Fall!
