Rating the pool. Although it is nice, the music is so bad on Fridays and it gets very trashy. Maybe it is better on other days of the week.

The hotel is okay but the reception staff is pretty inconsiderate. They call you in the night, wake you up to ask you if everything is okay, 2 hours after I had ordered a few bottles of water before going to bed. Did it never cross your mind that people might be sleeping at night?

I visited the hotel for swimming pool and for dinner. The swimming pools are clean both indoor and outdoor pools. The service there is very good, but very expensive, a bottle of 330ml water is for 3000IQD( nearly 2$ . Dinner was open buffet, the food was good and fresh, I liked the beef roulade most. The view is very beautiful, and the gardens are very clean and well decorated.

The AC sound is so annoying because it is so old, the service is good but if you needed a steam or iron to use, don’t call the reception, they will be surprised with your order! Plus, the device they will send will ruin your clothes.
