Had not eaten at this local for many years so time to visit again.Typical pub menu plus a range of pizzas.We started with a garlic cheese pizza - great flavour but the base was hard and difficult to eat. Very thin but hard rather than crisp.One of us had a porterhouse - very good, cooked as ordered, hot crispy chips but the veggies were mush - grossly overcooked.two others had the chicken breast and mushroom sauce on mash. Excellent - big meal, well cooked, good mash, but veggies also overcooked. I had the parma - excellent chicken, great topping, chips nice and crunchy but the salad too weedy for me. Would like to see some coz or iceberg amongst the mix.Service was cheery and helpful.I have given 3 stars but 3.5 would have been more accurate.I would eat there again if circumstances dictated but there are better choices around the area.Be aware most mains come with chips OR salad OR veggies. If you want chips and salad add $3 - takes the edge off what looked very well priced menu.Seniors choices looked good for the price too.

Ate here with a group of friends. Hadn't eaten here for awhile. We were all very surprised at the size and quality of the meals at a very good price. Had a great burger with so many chips I had to leave some.

I ordered the homemade gnocchi with 3 cheese sauce, the gnocchi tasted like dried dough and the sauce that it was swimming in tasted like nothing. We told the waitress straight away after eating a couple of pieces. She went and told the chef who refused to give me my money back even though they charge $22.50 for a bowl of slop. Very disappointed as the food here is usually good.

Meals are great at this pub, generous portions hard to finish. Wednesday night specials are great, Frank the owner makes you feel welcome.

Called here today for lunch. Its just a noisy place with poker machines and very average meals. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone or ever come back. Go to KFC across the road and you'll get a better meal. Soup was lumpy and the bruschette was awful. Had to tell the barman 3 times what drink I wanted and he still made a mistake
