Special cooking class with the cheng foo blood chef and his adorable wife. superb atmosphere with sanitary rules at the top. extraordinary cuisine and wonderful explanations. After this course, we tasted these dishes and left with our menu. In our little cabats, there was a pretty intention of the chiefs.
