Taco Bell - Ephrata

I ordered nacho fries, but they were cold. I returned to the counter and requested fresh fries. Moments later, they handed me a bag, but upon checking, I found that they were the same cold fries. When I asked the manager for hot fries, he responded with an attitude—rolling his eyes and sighing—before telling the staff to prepare new fries. His lack of courtesy and poor customer service skills were disappointing.

I visited this location for the first time and ordered two menu items. I received my order fairly quickly, but when I checked the bag, I found that only one item was included. I had to drive around again to get my order corrected. When we pulled up, they had the missing item ready at the window, indicating they were aware it had been forgotten. I can't really say I would return here. The food wasn't packaged well, and everything was just thrown into the bag, making it a hassle to put it all back together to eat. I was looking for a quick bite, and this definitely wasn't the right place for that.

Fantastic staff! They worked hard and collaborated seamlessly, all while having a great time. The food was brought directly to my table!

This location is better than most. They Never skimp like some locations! They always fill the tacos and burritos. It's always fresh and the staff are always friendly. The location is great, easily accessible from 322 and 222.
