The service at Rita's is fantastic, and the treats are delightful! I always feel so welcomed whenever I visit.

Only had one person working, and we came as a group of about 20. The ice was spilling out over the top of some of the cups making our hands sticky, but at least she didn't make us wait any longer than necessary! She did really well considering she was alone, she apologized for the slowness and thanked us for our patience!
