Garofalo's Calabria - Ephrata

Garofalo's Calabria Old World Italian Cuisine is a family-based Mediterranean mobile cuisine that offers services such as catering, weddings, special events, private and corporate parties and outdoor festivals. They only use the freshest in-season ingredients that authentically prepared the calabrian way from farm to table as they have done for hundreds of years. I'm the mother and wife of this father-son team and taste test dummy.

So one day I went to a little tweet in my town and hit Ryan. He judged my food and gave me a 59/60. Then he invited me to his food truck for a green dragon tour. So we went there and he gave us a tour and Ryan really inspired me to work hard on food and that there is more to just a recipe. I had the food there and I was just hit by the food and the symphony. Greatest pizza ever. And I say I'll cook Galore. I just felt amazing and I felt like I could do that. I hope I can say soon, I will be hungry again for more

I stay at Comfort Inn and Suites in Manheim Pa at 543 Champ Blvd a few times a week. There they are now. I'm trying to taste the food tonight. I had the filled manicotti with Bolognese sauce, the Margherita pizza and the Zuppa dessert. Everything was great, better than great. It was amazing and Ryan is a fantastic person to talk to too. Whether you travel along Hwy 283 or live in the area, make sure you pass and give this place a shot. You won't regret it.

Great food great owners! Definitely recommend to try them! I tried her Potato Cod Salad, Spaghetti and also the Stuffed Calamari. Very good taste in every dish!
