Fratelli's Pizza - Ephrata

Stay here. They're fine until they've faced a mistake. When I got cold food today and called, they treated me as if I was just looking for free food. Only if you bring the whole pizza, then I'll make another one. Unfortunately, we had taken ALL 4 first pieces of discs when we realized how cold it was. So here we're eating cold pizza and I'm not gonna protect what was my favorite place once. So, no, I don't want a single drop from your food even free. I live nearby so I'm often asked how they are. I won't recommend it anymore. If your response to a complaint is deflective and condescending, it will extinguish years of loyalty. A simple excuse to leave it on the counter for too long was impossible for his ego to be a singer. I didn't want any more pizza, I wanted to make sure I didn't get any other cold next time. There will never be a next time.

We ordered pizza, wings, subs and other different items from the menu, since we moved to Ephrata 4 years ago. Always great service, good is always hot and tasty.

I've been here a few times. Pizza has a crisp crust that's beautiful. You have a pretty big menu. I prefer her classic round style pizza over her Sicilian, but if Sicilian is your stuff I?d definitely give it a try

Best Pizza and Cheesesteaks in Lancaster! The family that runs the restaurant are absolutely amazing, very nice, personal and professional. Excellent customer service and never disappointed, the restaurant is always clean and welcoming. I recommend each of the foods on their menu, I tried everything and will continue to be a loyal customer to Fratelli?s. Authentic Italian cuisine from authentic Italians.

Penne alla vodka is DISGUSTING and the cheesesteak is like 3 out of 10 the chicken bacon ranch wrap tastes like a 6 year old made it. First time eating here and not a fan at all , not real Italian ?the managers in vacation until august? yea ok. They are disrespectful and rude and don?t care if you are not satisfied, my penne was SOUR , why would it be sour? That?s weird , I will be contacting the FDA
