Domino's Pizza - Ephrata

Ordered late one night and the driver couldn’t see me from my house off the road. So he just drove away and I never got my food. Called after but the store was closed and they won’t give me a refund. Drivers don’t call the numbers provided if there’s an issue like that anymore? I’ll make sure we never order from there again. Left us all hungry last night. W/ no refund. thanks for nothing ! I’ll pass it along too.

I got a 12 inch pizza and some Parmesan Bites, the Parm Bites were good (4 stars) but the pizza was not great, the crust was soggy and greasy (1 star) it would be better to spend a little more money and get Papa John’s pizza.

The food is ALWAYS banging here! Every staff member is amazing as well and always so nice friendly. I Have yet to ever be disappointed with ANY order here , and I have been alot. 10/10.

NO sauces that we ordered and paid extra for were in any of the boxes. wasn’t even cut right? we’re literally ripping it apart to share slices.

The owners treat the high school employees like **** and delete hours from time punches to avoid being fined if kids work more hours than is legal. Kids stay late and don't get paid for working after the legat time at night for a minor at this location! The couple that runs this franchise create a belittling environment to work in for students and make kids feel they will get in trouble if its busy at the time they need to clock out if they don't stay longer. If you are a parent looking for your teenager to learn responsibility, practice money management or just give them the opportunity to save up for a first car and gain self-confidence through working... avoid this place! The food is mediocre, it's dominoes lol. Nobody is expecting a revolutionary dining experience. I'd rather buy a quick affordable pizza at any number of locations in town other than one I know for a fact bullies/degrades youth and violates safety laws in place to protect minors at work! First jobs often suck lol but respect is owed to everyone employed, and kids don't get that here.
