Cup Of Joy Espresso - Ephrata

During my visit to family in town, I've been sampling coffee all around Washington, and without a doubt, this place served the best cup I've enjoyed on my trip! The barista—I'm so sorry I didn’t catch your name—was incredibly friendly and very patient with all my questions. I ordered a five-shot americano with English toffee and oat milk twice this week, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit for another one!

This is undeniably the best cup of coffee you can find in Washington, not to mention Ephrata. The staff is incredibly friendly, and all the drinks are consistently well-prepared. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

This espresso shop is fantastic! My partner and I ordered iced white mochas, and they were easily among the best I've ever tasted. The blend of coffee and white chocolate was spot on. As someone who is quite particular about my coffee, I've visited many coffee shops, and I can confidently recommend this one.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews. I’ve worked in coffee and it’s not always easy. I understand that. I want to support local. But Ive tried four or five times and my coffee is never good. I ask for X amount of shots, white chocolate, fill the cup with ice and top it with some half and half. They hand me and iced breve latte every single time. Ive tried ordering it as an iced Americano with no water, I’ve tried ordering it as an iced espresso, ive tried saying LOTS of ice, I’ve tried saying EXTRA EXTRA ice. I get a cup of cream and half an inch of tiny ice bits every. Single. Time. And I’m pretty sure what they’re doing is filling the cup with ice and pouring the shots over it and then adding cream, which I understand is how they might have been trained, but that’s not what I asked for. Tried again today and it was the same. I literally threw it out and went to Starbucks…..
