Chipotle Mexican Grill - Ephrata

If I could give zero stars I would. I stopped by last night and I paid extra for guacamole (which is fine) only to get a scoop of a hard avocado and nothing else. There weren't any utensils, tea was empty, didn't get chips but the staff had plenty of time to sip on starbucks and chat. I even had to ask for lids because they only had large ones sitting out. Wasted money on 4 meals. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money at this location.

Stopped in on a Saturday night. It was slow. Staff was good natured and friendly. Chipotle advertises Real food. That?s great if it?s prepared well. Not the case here. Both my wife and I ordered brown rice in our burrito. It was very underdone and difficult to chew. The chips were stale, and they were out of Guacamole. We like chipotle, but this round was pretty disappointing.

What a waste. When I thought I was gonna pick up my order inside. The doors were locked and I then saw they had a drive through so I guess that was the procedure. When I pulled up I saw the car in front of me handing back a bag of food, then them having to pull around. I guess there order wasn't ready yet. I then pulled up and I got the man handled bag of food that was opened. I pulled over to make sure my order was correct. The containers looked correct. When I got home the dressing that was in a container was not sealed correctly and spilled all over the bag and the bottom fell out. I assembled it and took it inside. Salad bowl with shredded beef was very skimpy. Burrito bowl was ok but cold. I had to heat up in microwave. My first time there. Got a gift card forXmas. I will not be back..

My son only orders a bowl with white rice, chicken and shredded cheese. I am usually charged for a 3 point bowl $7+tax that is marked with a triangle symbol on the foil lid. But, not this evening. I got charged $9.20+tax for a chicken bowl foil lid marked with a C . I questioned this charge and was told that this is how it was always taught to charge...rice=1 point, chicken=2 points and shredded cheese=1 point; Total=4 points. The person I spoke with claims he understood my frustration, but didn 't offer any adjustment to my charge. Plus, there was hardly any ingredients in this bowl, which I made them aware of too...still nothing. Very upsetting. I told my son to enjoy his last Chipotle for a very long time, if ever again.

Less than 1 star. I love Chipotle but this location is TERRIBLE!! 3 out of 3 times have been trash. Rice was undercooked and crunchy, beans are dehydrated or undercooked, no guac (where 's the sign on the door saying NO GUAC ??!! The staff is clueless. One young male staff member told me that 's how the pinto beans usually supposed to look when I questioned the quality of the pinto beans... dried out and disgusting.. to justify not putting out fresh food. What a waste of time and money. Disappointing.
