Burger King - Ephrata

The burgers might be a bit less messy, but they taste great. The fries are also good and typically served hot.

I really enjoy the Burger King app and its promotions. The food has that classic fast food vibe.

Take it slow. The food was barely warm when served. They kept forgetting items from my order, and I had to wait over 10 minutes to get what was missing. The food isn’t prepared as it should be, and the overall service was disappointing. I’ll be choosing another Burger King next time.

It took almost 10 minutes to be asked what we wanted when there were only 2 cars in front of us. When we got our food, it was a completely different order. It's just because it's in Ephrata.

Usually don't have a problem with them. But lately they have been slacking. I went through the drive through today and got home. I bit into my burger pilled it away and there was a long dark hair in my burger. A hat does not count a a good hear covering. They should have hair nets.
