Starbucks - Enumclaw

I have been a loyal customer of Starbucks since I was a young child and could first ask for a hot chocolate from there. I absolutely adore Starbucks.

The staff at this restaurant was so kind and understanding. When my son accidentally dropped his cake pop in the drive-thru, Olivia went above and beyond by giving him a new one instead of making us pay for it. We were very grateful for her generosity.

The restaurant seriously needs to work on improving the speed of their drive-thru service. It consistently takes 10-15 minutes, no matter how many cars are ahead of you.

After a fantastic day of skiing, I visited this restaurant and ordered a drip coffee with an espresso shot. The parking lot had plenty of spaces available, the staff was attentive, the bathrooms were clean, and the service was fast.

I frequent this restaurant every Thursday and sometimes even more throughout the week. The atmosphere is always lovely and the latte I order is consistently perfect.
