Kove - Enniskillen

We were staying at the hotel and decided to try the Kove restaurant, which is located within the hotel. We were absolutely not disappointed; it was quite busy and had a lovely atmosphere. The menu offered a fantastic selection, making it hard to choose from all the delicious options. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to all our needs. I noticed that many non-hotel guests come to dine at this restaurant, and we will definitely be returning ourselves.

The setting is beautiful, and the food is consistently good. The staff is friendly and pleasant.
