The woman at the window was stunning. If you were having a rough day, she could truly lift your spirits.

After a bit of back-and-forth, the employee told me to wait, and they finally gave me ranch as I was leaving. However, when I checked the bag again, I found only five packets. On other occasions, I might have just accepted it, but given how rude they had been, I went back in to explain that I had paid for six. The staff initially refused to give it to me again and just repeated that I should wait. Eventually, the manager came to my car. I asked her why they couldn’t just give me what I had paid for, and she became defensive, claiming the employee had said the ranch was in the bag. I insisted on getting the sixth ranch and asked her to hurry so my food wouldn’t get cold. Overall, the service was frustrating and needs to be improved.

My son drove 15 to 20 minutes across town just to bring me food because I love the fish here. However, when he returned, I found that my order didn’t include the corn nuggets I had requested as a side. Instead, I received potatoes and cole slaw, which I hadn’t ordered. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time my order has been incorrect. The service is consistently poor. Why can't they hire better staff? I'm very disappointed.

I love Chicken Express!! I wish I could give a higher rating, but it never fails that if we go through the drive thru something is left out of order. There is no trace in so if you want the order to correct you need to return by the drive in the line.

Pretty sure we said BISCUITS 3 TIMES! Once when we ordered Once again when she said say it again One more time when she asked what sides we wanted. We got a sack of soggy rolls, let's not even talk about the cold chicken Golden Chick closed, this place is next then all we'll have is KFC. Sad.
