We appreciated the fact that they give priority to hotel guests and would like to highlight our positive experience with both Ms Gabriela B and Nadine K who facilitated our lovely afternoon here. Die Kellner sprechen kein Deutsch, nur Englisch. Kalte Getränke wurden warm serviert und der Kaffee war ebenfalls kalt. Man konnte seinen Platz nicht selbst wählen, sondern wurde einfach gesetzt. Das Personal, insbesondere der Manager, war sehr arrogant. Es war das Geld absolut nicht wert. Trotz der freien Tische durfte man keinen Platz auswählen. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nicht empfehlen. Preis pro Person: CHF 10–20, Service: 1.

We came to 10th and with previous reservation and the service did not notice us in the first 10 minutes, totally ignored us. they felt as if it were no matter that we were there. only after I got up and talked to the head of the room, you became humble and came to accept the commands, but again ignored 2 guests so that we had to stop someone again to give up the order completely. the 3 stars are only the super-visibility and thanks to the well prepared drinks.

Extravagant, stylish, nobel. from the facility to the personal. we were not hotel guests, but we were allowed to go to the lounge. Thank you. the drinks, the cake, the limousine excellent.
