For us, by far the best restaurant in Enna! Having been to Italy and Sicily on over 10 trips, we`ve had our fair share of Pizza and all I can say is this place serves the ultimate.....a monster cornicione that`s super light and airy and just the right amount of topping. Sometimes, I struggle to finish a Pizza (maybe too much topping or a crust that hardens as it cools) but not so at Il Mito. Great surroundings, friendly service and fantastic atmosphere (a favourite with the locals), we`ll be back tonight for our last supper before returning to the dismal UK. As well as the Pizza (my favourite being the Calabrese), they also make delicious pasta and Risotto (asparagus being super). Pizzas start at 6 Euros, a large bottle of beer is 3.50 and wine starts at around 15 so not only great food but great value. Most nights are fine but probably worth booking on a Sunday It gets chocka!

This place is a gem! Pasta scoglio is a must! Fresh ingredients and very tasty. Gian Franco is a very gracious host and gives honest recommendations. The local white wine he recommended, Bagliesi, really complemented the food. Excellent throughout.

Excellent local dishes. delicious appetizers, Florentine well cooked, right prices. only note and advice: I would lower the portions (in quantity of grams) and increase the dressing. next next
