Bistrot Bombance - Enkoeping

The service from our waitress was shameful. The starter of moules had barely any meat in the shells and was gritty. The duck breast was overdone and disappointing. The ox cheek was a greasy plate of fat. Thankfully, the co-owner removed the cost of the food from our bill. We have no plans to dine here again.

The ambiance and food at this restaurant were amazing. We ordered mixed steaks, which were served raw on a 400 degree Celsius hot stone at our table for us to cook ourselves. It was a fun experience, but with a toddler in tow, it was a bit too much work for us to both cook and eat. Unfortunately, I ended up overcooking most of my steaks (my fault). The staff were welcoming and kind, even offering a glass of milk to our toddler, who was very happy. I would definitely recommend this place.

First time in Enköping on 16.10.2019.and staying overnight. Looking for a good restaurant for dinner. Checked out Tripadvisor as usual. Found Bombance but surprised to see no recommendations since 2016! We decided to go anyway. Very nice and cosy restaurant of French inspiration. Good relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Open kitchen and we could follow the chefs. From todays menu we had variation of lamb and creme brulée. Very well cooked and most delicious. Even on a wet and dark Wednesday approx. 25 local (we guess) guests. Impressive. We gather best restaurant in town. Go!

That was a really nice place! I had the risotto and also a taste of a teller with fish. very good! back!

What a jewel! with the locals during the midday hours. a true pariser impression. the place to have a glasbourgogne and a light meal, I had lived here.
