Goldcafe - Enkenbach-Alsenborn

This place is probably the worst ice cream place we have gone to in Germany. Today we visited for the second time and waited ten minutes without service, so I went to the counter to order and the lady told me her son would come to the table, but I told her we had already waited ten minutes and no one even acknowledged us. She had a short attitude and said "Well, then I'll have to give you the ice cream in plastic" I mean, seriously, who cares? Just serve us. But I told her instead we would just leave and NEVER COME BACK. The first time we visited this place we waited 20 minutes for service and still were waiting when we decided to leave. We thought it had been just a bad day, but now we see it was normal. However, I wonder if they did this because we are American or just because it's their terrible service? I have no idea how the ice cream tastes. :(My advice STAY AWAY from this place. If you go and must wait with no service, come back and write a review online about your experience.
