Molly's Public House - ENGLISHTOWN

Molly's Public House in Englishtown is a well-run liquor store bar with attentive staff and modern industrial styling reminiscent of Chipotle. They have a sister store in Forked River, Wine Spirits, with the Thirsty Piney. With 24 craft taps, only five are macros. The owner takes the time to map out beer varieties and offers $10 beer samplers. The beer menu provides descriptions of each selection with ABV listed. While $8 Guinness pints from a mixing box may not be a bargain, this is a craft bar with craft bar prices. They also offer package goods and crowlers, as well as an extensive collection of craft cans sold in convenient 2 packs. Food is provided by Big Bob's next door and is delivered to your table, with a slight mark-up for the delivery. Visitors on a budget can opt to eat in their car two doors down. The bar top is made of butcher block wood with a corrugated steel face and a foot rail made of carbon steel. There is an MP3 jukebox playing 90's rock, as well as foosball tournaments on Mondays and game nights every other Thursday. The burger was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the karaoke was a lot of fun.

Tammie is one of the best bartenders I've met!! Takes the extra time to learn what drinks/food I like! Always attentive. Great place to meet new friends, neighbors and those that just want to enjoy their off time together. Would recommend it to anyone!
