This location is unable to fill your full order, lies about trying to call you regarding this, and steals your money rather than issuing a refund on the meals they cannot fill. Avoid at all costs (literally).

Food was ok. Staff touched countertop, cash register, plastic silverware and food without wearing gloves or washing hands. Not the cleanest.

Customer service was amazing and food came quick but food was awful. Rise was way overcooked and soggy I ate some of it because I was on a time limit for lunch instantly regretted it after feeling sick to my stomach. The chicken and veggies didnt taste fresh either.

Tokyo Joe’s has been a long-time favorite for our family. Last night changed it when we had a caterpillar or grub worm in my son’s chicken bowl. I was told I’d get a full refund and then got a call to say never mind. No refund for the entire meal we threw away after losing our appetites. Not planning to return!

I ordered a party platter for a happy hour get-together last night. It was exquisitely put-together ready to go at the time I needed it. There was a lot of other wonderful food at the party, but it was the one selection with the least amount of leftovers. It was wonderful! My only regret is I didn't have room to eat more, try as I might. Top notch!
