Tripe Soup..was okay.meat, rice and peas not properly cooked sadly had to throw away Well overpriced.

Del8cious .... ox tail and chicken stew made as expected. $12 size was enough but left us wanting more. We licked our fingers.... portions could be bigger. However oxtail is very expensive so I understood ..... just know the food is good and the nice lady who took my order and put my order together is very nice. Id go again for the treat.

I read the reviews, is why I decided to try this place. I paid $20.00 for Oxtail Dinner, which is not a problem if I got what I paid for. Perhaps the cook was not in the mood to cook. The taste was very peppery, no other flavors were detected. I received 1 full piece of oxtail and the rest were itty bitty pieces, with hardly any meat. Unfortunately I had to throw it away. I was hungry, couldn't wait to chow some good ole Caribbean flavors. So disappointing !

4.5 stars. I finally got to try this place even though it's less than 2 miles away.Definitely a hidden jem.Parking is in the back and the lot is small.The place is clean and the lady was super sweet.I ordered my go-to, brown stew chicken. It came with rice and peas, slaw and a can of soda or water. Only $5! (I went during lunch hours).The reason I took a half star off was because the sauce was a tad sweeter than I was used to. I wish they delivered too. Service was quick though.
