I visited this restaurant for the first time and tried two varieties of cheese bread, both of which were delicious. One was round and baked, while the other was oval and fried. I also had a meringue and a large cookie, which was likely intended for dunking in coffee, as it was hard and crispy—but still tasty. I'm looking forward to returning to sample more items. This was my first experience with Colombian baked goods, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff here are friendly and helpful. I absolutely love the pan de bono, the bread with guava jelly, the meringue bread, the cookies, and the leche flan dessert.

The service is good and the staff is friendly, but I encountered not one or two, but FOUR mosquitoes or gnats – I'm not sure what they were – and they ended up in my bread. This shows a serious lack of hygiene. They need to be cleaner and more attentive when cooking, and check things before serving. It was a terrible experience.

The girl with pink hair provided no customer service whatsoever! I had to pack my own cake because she refused to help, not even with a bag. Everyone had recommended this place, but I don't think I'll be returning!
