TGI FRIDAYS - Hackensack - Englewood

Our server was very helpful. She was always there when we needed something. she went beyond and beyond. I can't remember her name, but she was just great.

Almost empty, mid-afternoon, still the service was painfully slow. time, eat painfully slow to get and only 2 options on the menu to lunch. the menu matching was the portions for dinner. had been drinking, but the server disappeared. really strange ball ignorant host, has not even recognized open when I mentioned we had a reservation. will not be back.

They said the open table wasn’t working. So we had to wait almost 45 minutes

Used Open Table to make reservation but when we got there... no one knew what Open Table was... luckily it wasn't too busy and seated right away.

Third time we've used open table at this venue and they still don't understand they are listed on the app or what the app is. It took more than 25 minutes for management to organize a server to come to our table and over 40 minutes (total) to get our drink order delivered. We were a party of 8 (3 adults, 5 children ages 1-8). We asked several other servers and the seating staff for help to no avail. The food is good but with service like this and a consistent attitude of apathy by the staff that we will not be going back.
