Very friendly staff, very helpful and competent what they do. eating is very high quality. we enjoyed every morsel. had so much that we could not drink the delicious suppe! will go back definitiw.

Dined in with 2 adult 2 children on valentines. eating was by far the best hot potting experience ever! so delicious! we had half-twenty-six and satay broth with bark meat, tofu, garnel, vegetables, fishballs mushrooms. it was so delicious and authentic. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. despite the bad 2-star rating there was another person there they took cards and the disposable cups are paper, not plastic. do not allow this assessment to be suspended. my fussy children even tried and loved it. my friend was blown away; She never tried hot pot, but loved it. very recommended! will certainly return!

The best hotpot out of all the restaurants we've tried so far. Delicious, huge portion sizes, great atmosphere and lovely friendly staff. Will defo be our regular hotpot place!

If I can write 100 5 star rating for this place, I would. I've been in many for over 10 years and honestly never had a better hotspot somewhere else. I come here at least twice a month. I'm obsessed! eating is fresh, the soup base are amazing. personal is nice, the drinks are nice. Nothing to complain except for the price yes, it is a bit expensive, but they get what they pay! I would still choose this over the other hotpot spots and all the friends I take here will be blown away. trust me, try it once and they will know what I'm talking about. very recommend the coconut chicken soup base! drink something when the chicken is ready before they cook other food in it. Not my first visit here, but my first ever since pandemic. had to put hot pot on some others and that's always the favorite. the one-way apron makes really customers feel relieved, especially person like me, who are really aware when I spot on my clothing that can happen very easily with hot pot. some of the premiums are also served with dry ice cream, so it is as fresh as possible. Forget a photo with the huge teddy near the beginning, but it makes a good social media photo. service was very efficient and fast, while it is on the expensive side of the hot pot, it is worth every penny. although a part is that the restaurant is in a casino, so it is effective an 18 years old plus only restaurant.
