Subway - England

This restaurant operates for just 4 to 6 hours a day, and I really can't figure out how they manage to stay open. Food: 1/5, Service: 1/5, Atmosphere: 1/5.

I have to say that the Subway in England is probably the worst I’ve ever visited. You never know when it will be open; for example, I once went on a Wednesday at 6 PM, and it was closed—it's just ridiculous! The service leaves much to be desired. I rarely see any staff members smile, and no matter who’s behind the counter, they always seem distracted—either on their phones or wearing earbuds, listening to music. This means they’re not paying attention to customers, which is why they often ask you multiple times what you want on your sub. It’s disappointing to see young workers managing things on their own without proper oversight, leading to a lack of professionalism.
