The Lamb Edmonton - Enfield

A great spot for a drink with friends. I love the karaoke on a Saturday night, the Lamb has such a great atmosphere and I always have an awesome time there. Staff are always polite, drinks are lovely and reasonably priced. The Lamb is an all round great pub, a must visit if you're in the area!

I was sent a voucher on 23rd of January by email for a free bottle of coke from the lamb pub at Church Street Edmonton, the voucher was valid untill 31st of January 2023, I went today to Lamb pub date 26th of January 2023, I showed the very unfriendly man working at the bar my voucher and the code number that was emailed to me, he told me ok, he then poured the coke from a machine even though it stated on the voucher for a free bottle of coke, he didn’t bother to ask me if I wanted coke in a bottle, he handed me the glass of coke which he poured out of the machine and very rudely shouted at me in a very appalling unfriendly way that I need to pay for the glass of drink and that the code didn’t go through, why did he not try and put the code through before handing me the glass of coke ?, I showed him the voucher and the code before I ordered, so I ended up paying for the so called free drink of coke that Lamb pub at Church Street promoted the Lamb pub are misleading customers they are promoting a free drink sending a voucher for a free drink but are not keeping to there word they are not honouring the free drinks that they are promoting, he also never asked me if I wanted my coke in a bottle as on the voucher that I gave to him it stated a free drink in a bottle, he just poured the coke out of the machine and handed to me and then very rudely in a very appalling unfriendly way shouted at me that I need to pay for the glass of coke, he told me that the voucher that they sent me did not go through so why on earth did he not tell me this in the first place, I think it’s just a catch so that they can get customers in and then they tell them that the code did not go through, for Gods sake man then at least tell me that the code didn’t go through before pouring the coke out of the machine and handing to me and then forcing me to pay for the so called free drink, the voucher should of been valid as sent by them to me, and was valid untill the 31st of January 2023, also stated on the voucher for a free bottle of coke but he just poured the coke out of a machine in to a glass which tasted like it was mixed with water never tasted nice at all, also the atmosphere inside the lamb pub is very unwelcoming the tables were quite dirty, very old carpets and very old furniture in a terrible layout the pub didn’t feel welcoming at all, I certainly will not be going ever again, I was treated in a very unfair appalling manner by the unfriendly man working at the bar, I do not recommend the lamb pub at Church street at all

First time visit. I was pleasantly surprised. Good selection on tap, staff were friendly and it was a very nice pub. Prices seemed slightly higher than local pubs but not excessively. It is a very short walk from Edmonton Green railway station. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.

The bar staff are friendly and welcoming they have a great manager there was a good atmosphere I’ll be back
