Very friendly and good food! A great quick truck to get a fresh and tasty meal!?

We've been craving birria tacos for weeks after watching a show on the best late night food truck eats in New York. But where to go in this area for some good food truck birria tacos? It took lot of searching a couple of tries, but Cinco de Mayo had just what we craved. The tacos are perfect with just the right juicy dip. Our second dish was a torta cubana, also a definite success. If you get the birria be prepared to dip it well (or bring a spoon for sloshing) and for your hands to be dripping with juice. They gave us a fair number napkins, but we also came prepared.The truck was located right across from the pond on North Main Street you can't miss it. There are a ton of benches to sit on. They have drinks too, but we brought our own coffee from home and enjoyed lunch watching the hundreds of geese on the pond.

This truck is the best! I have a dietary restriction and despite thinking I wouldn't be able to order off their menu, they offered to make a special meal for me. I appreciate it more than words can describe, thank you cinco de Mayo food truck :

Authentic Mexican food and T-ville staple. Nothing beats a cold day like a warm quesadilla. Accepts cash and card and worth every cent.

Went to the location three different times on threeseparate days and the truck wasn't there. even calledand was told they would be open on a certain day, i drove there and the truck wasn't there. disappointed because the reviews look good but i don't think i'll ever be able to try it at this point. would like to support small business but the consistency is not there.
