Chop Stop - Encino

This is my favorite restaurant. While I was there, I ordered a salad and as I was eating, one of the workers came out from the back coughing, without covering his mouth. The food was left uncovered and he was near the food and registers. He saw me and didn't seem to care. I couldn't finish my salad and left because he didn't cover his mouth or wear a mask. I was so hungry, but he ruined my meal. I had to throw it away. It's unbelievable that some people think it's okay to cough near food.

The ladies who worked at the Encino Chop Stop tonight (Oct 31) were so incredibly nice and helpful! We forgot our tents, and they found us and made sure we have them. So thoughtful, thank you.

We've been a client of this place for a long time. The prices we pay do not correspond to the prices they show. When we drew attention to them, they had no explanation. There the register/terminal program does not match the displayed prices. Either we will refund the difference or you will lose a customer. We received an email from their management team that we calculate Uber Pricing incorrectly. A refund has been credited to our account and we are back to being happy customers. It might be best to use this as a lesson learned. If it happened to us, it probably happened to others.

I arrived at the restaurant on April 17th, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. only to find that it was closed, despite Google showing it as open and the doors indicating a closing time of 10 p.m.

3 days in the row they didn't have honey dejon dressing. First time I asked to taste 2 different dressings. Guy charged me $0.35 cents for it. I paid, but that's a dishonest cheap skate business. I wanted honey dejon, not some acidic dressings. Which, I didn't want. Then, I came 2 days later on Sunday. Ordered with honey dejon dressing. When they made a salad. They told me they don't have honey dejon dressing. I asked for money back.that's deceptive sales. Very dishonest Business. They lost sale and salad.They're penny pinchers. They trick people with extra, yet it's complicated how they are doing it.. I will never, eat at that deceptive garbage shop. It is horrible how they squeeze pennies. Everything, should be conspicuous. Not hidden. I will write as many negative reviews about ,chop Shop, on all social media. As I possibly can.
