Baklava Factory - Encino

I am so lucky to live near this little Baklava gem, the woman who waited on me was warm, kind and patient. She explained what all the pieces were made with and offered me samples, I was in heaven! The baklava is magnificent, flaky and moist but not soggy with just the right amount of sweetness. I recently bought some baklava from a fancy shop in Santa Barbara that charged 3x what this place does and the baklava here is soo much better. It?s not overly sweet and tastes veryfresh, no old butter after taste either. I can?t wait to return, I?m so sad I didn?t buy more.

Yum, such a sweet and affordable little business with sweets and other tasty! I come naturally for the baklava, but they do not have too many labels, so it can be a bit difficult to find out what to order. there are baklava with nuts, chocolate or just baklava. You really can't go wrong, especially at a couple of dollars or something, bringing them cash if they can. it is on ventura blvd in encino. there are parking spaces on the back or metered road front.

Fantastic baklava! great customer service. in any case recommend to everyone! we loved their pistachio baklava and we even ordered their sugar-free walnut baklava for our guests. it was a hit!
