Thai Pan Cuisine - Encinitas

This is my all-time favorite Thai restaurant! I’ve been dining here for over ten years, and I’ve never had a disappointing meal. The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is served promptly, and the prices are very reasonable. Food: 5/5

My fiancé is from Thailand, and during our visit to Encinitas from Phoenix, we were truly impressed by the amazing Thai food you offer! It's nearly impossible to find Thai sausage or such fresh spring rolls in Phoenix. If we lived here, we would eat this every day! I highly recommend the Pad Thai with Thai sausage and any of the curry options—both are delicious and not greasy at all! We can't wait to come back for takeout. The food here is fantastic and a hit with my entire family, even the picky eaters! I've tried the lunch specials, takeout, and dining in, and everything has been delicious. I find anything above a 5 spice level a bit too intense, but my husband and son enjoy their meals at levels 6 and 7. My dad, on the other hand, goes all out with a level 10!
