Sushi Lounge Encinitas

We sat at the bar, and Alejandro was our server. He provided excellent service, and we really enjoyed the sushi and the overall atmosphere.

I've tried several sushi places in Encinitas, and while they were okay, none really satisfied my cravings until I found this gem. Whenever someone asks me for a sushi recommendation in Encinitas, this is the only place I suggest. The prices are very reasonable, and their Monday special of half off the chronic is fantastic! The roll sizes are also quite generous. However, the true standout here is the appetizers. I ordered a variety to sample, and I was pleasantly surprised by the unique twists on classic appetizers that you typically find in chain sushi restaurants. The shumai, in particular, steals the show with its delicious sauce. The service is always quick and friendly, even during busy lunch or dinner hours. Plus, there's plenty of parking and it's easy to get to.

Food is always great! Their tuna nigiri is what I can’t get enough of. Very fresh buttery you have to try it!

Oh my goodness this place is magical. I sat at the bar. I didn’t catch the bartender’s name but they were amazing. I came in tonight around 7 had the green monster, miso soup and a glass of plum wine. Everything was IT. Thank you so much.
