Plumeria Vegetarian Encinitas

I saw they were a vegetarian place close by and decided to go. They had great service with kind servers. I was well taken care of and the food came out very quick. It was delicious and reasonably priced. Would definitely go here again.

Plumeria's food is clean, fresh, and true to real Thai flavors! Service and to go orders are prompt and it is the only Thai restaurant I DARE dine at. It can be price For Thai, however. Regardless, it is the best quality out there! HIGHLY recommended!!

The best food in encinitas. Usually Thai food is in the middle category for my go to. However, we randomly walked in here when visiting and it was the best decision ever. Spring rolls crisp, flavorful, healthy the sauce absolutely epic. The main course wasn 't heavy with toxic oils and instead was steamed. You also have the option to sub coconut oil for certain plates that use oil. Didn 't feel weighed down after eating. We left NOURISHED, full and happy. 10/10 recommend!

The ambiance is lovely, both indoors and outside. Parking can be a little tricky, as it is on a popular street without any parking of its own. I had the Vegan Curry Rice dish (added steamed tofu for $5) and I asked them to make it with less oil if possible. It was delicious and filling. I would definitely come back!

Some of the best vegetarian Thai food I’ve had in a long time! We were visiting Legoland and went here which is the same as the one in San Diego. The SD one has 1.5K reviews and this one has fewer but the food and service is well worth 2K 5 stars.We tried the fried tofu and baby jackfruit in the protein and liked them both. Green curry was very flavorful. Also tried the spicy noodles, garlic pepper and cashew stir fries. We will be back soon!
