Breakfast Republic - Encinitas

Great atmosphere and food to match! Ordered the olla coffee and gluten free crab cake eggs Benedict with upgraded potatoes. It was delicious! The portions are large so I got to take home most of the potatoes and fixed them with eggs the next morning. Staff was friendly and quick never an empty beverage cup and food came out quickly

Everyones meal was delicious and the booth was big enough for us to lay down and take a nap after our meal. Service was top notch as well

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I absolutely adore this place! The Mushroom Pesto Benedict was outstanding. It is a charming little restaurant that both kids and adults enjoy. The staff is fantastic as well.

So far I have been to Encinitas location and on University both great atmosphere, staff very attentive. Awesome food.

Nicest server ever genuinely friendly, loved our dog (always a good sign! . Food was amazing. It was our first visit and will not be the last. Love the humor!
