McDonald's - EMU PLAINS

This has to be the busiest mcdonald's i've ever seen (during rush hour). really nice inside.

Always good as a drive through place, always busy here. Dropped in today to try the new concept "create your taste" brilliant idea

Where the staff are well trained and fall over backwards to be of service to you. I don't use the self serve panels i walk up to counter, the seating area always clean tables cleaned promptly after people leave

Visited the local McDonalds last month, just went through the drive through.....fairly long queue, but I guess that's not their fault if they are busy, service still on the slow side when I finally arrived at the pick up window. I thought once I was there, the service should have been quicker, obviously nothing special about the burgers, they taste the same at any McDonalds you go to, so other than the service being a little slow, the meal was as expected.....just filling a hole when your hungry.

It is the 1 Macca's in Penrith where every time I have been I have been disappointed. I live 2 min drive away which is why I go all the time. There is always a line up for the drive though and I have always been parked, I even was asked to park for a coke and a sundae. I have complained both in-store and online and I have just been ignored.Just a terrible example of the Macca's brand
