J's Carry Out - Emporia

That was my first time at J's and what a great experience it was! I don't eat meat and this place has given me the need to have a grilled cheese LOADED with vegetables and some frits, and he even brought out 2 onion rings for me to try it!! J was simply amazing and showed me and my colleagues what it means to go beyond and beyond for a customer!!! I would recommend this place to everyone!

This is the kind of food from years past, friendly and courteous and the best burgers (and all the others) around the city. The food and the people will keep you back for more. Thank you, J's, and you can never change.

I love her food! So far my favorite is her Cheeseburger, but I haven't tried everything yet. The staff is friendly. When seats are available, they are quick to clean from the table so that others sit and enjoy their delicious American dishes. The waiters are attentive. Then, the best part: the free ice cone to finish your dinner, yum! Thanks for another good experience, J's!

They have the best service and friendly staff. The food is very good. My whole family loves to eat at this place.
