Chateau Bistro Steakhouse Lounge

Steakhouse, a hidden gem in the heart of emory texas. such a cozy atmosphere, perfect to relax with a glass of wine and a good friend. for beginners we had the creamy tomato basilikum soup. a perfect start to the perfect ribeye steak I ordered. I ordered my medium rare, it was perfectly boiled and the mushroom sauce and seasoned were devine. the free Yukon potatoes with amish butter and economical were so delicious. chef elle is nothing less remarkable. not only does she light up the room with her smiles and friendliness, she really cares for every diner and is proud of the amazing food she prepares. it is not everyday that they will find the owner of the restaurant, who is also their chef who will meet and welcome their guests if they have a challenging palette as I have, I recommend them chateau bristo steakhouse. a perfect, cozy, hidden gem, they will not be disappointed. chef elle continues what you do? that's all. God has blessed you. many thanks for a wonderful, beautiful experience. I'm back.

It took 3 hours to eat because we were told they were booked. yes, we had a reservation. frozen frozen brokkoli. after half an hour after we have ordered them to be out of the steaks, we have ordered 2 of us to change our order. we finally get our food after the cook came 4 or 5 times on our table. do not try to order a steak as they like it because they will come and submit it. my steak was over boiled, even after her submission to my family, as they wanted her steak to be cooked. the money we were charged is not worth and not a good experience all around.

This is directed to the party of six that was disappointed in the service and meal at Chateau Bistro. I have followed Chef Elle for years and eaten at all of her locations, and was NEVER disappointed in the quality of her food. She NEVER uses iceberg lettuce, does NOT use corn meal in her crab cakes and uses only the best quality ingredients in all of her entrees and desserts. I have NEVER had a bad meal. I can only come to the conclusion by your comments that you have never eaten at a quality restaurant. I HIGHLY recommend eating at Chateau Bistro to come to your own conclusion. It seems that overall this restaurant has a 5 star rating if you check the other reviews. I wish the disgruntled 6 a pleasant day.
