For the 3rd time this year they forgot to deliver milkshake, lied on the phone about an order that was more than 2h late and the staff was unfriendly on the phone when complaints arrived. Never going to eat or order from that place again, strongly advice other choices to order from if you just want a burger or milkshake.

THis place is fantastic. Compared to new concepts like the patatbaas and the frites atelier, it's an old-fashioned diner-style snackbar that has been serving me good products since 1985, when it was still called De Krokodel. It's an old-fashioned snackbar that uses fresh oil, has good sauces and recently started offering really quite nice burgers for a decent amount of money. The staff is friendly, and they serve fries the way they are supposed to be served: On a white tray with a separate sauce bin next to the fries. This ensures fries are crispy and mayo doesn't get warm. To be perfectly honest, the satay sauce could do with a little more soy and some more turmeric, but that nitpick aside I can recommend this place.

Can 't do without a 'patatje met ' when home. Busy time when we went, food still delicious.
