Panera Bread - Emeryville

The staff is excellent. We tried five new dishes, and the bagels were fantastic. The salad was superb, and the soup was delightful. The bread was incredibly soft and fresh. Our favorite was the green tea and brownie! The team was very attentive and professional. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. I can't wait to return. I came back on Saturday and brought breakfast for my entire class. This is now my new favorite spot!

I visited this Panera on my way to work for a quick bite. It had the familiar Panera atmosphere, and the restaurant was clean. However, a few of the pickup machines were broken and out of order. The staff was friendly, and the sandwich I ordered was tasty. I’m giving it four stars mainly because I felt I waited a bit too long for my sandwich to be made. It also didn’t seem that busy for a Friday morning.

The food was cooked to perfection for me! I really enjoy Panera, and while he had a decent space, it wasn't the largest I've been in. The parking lot is a bit frustrating since this location shares a destination parking area that can get quite hectic. However, the staff was excellent, and the car ordering machine worked flawlessly!

I only been here twice and both times I received excellent customer service! Today hours before my birthday the kitchen staff went above and beyond for me today to make sure I got my breakfast sandwich they way I like. Tina was the manager in charge and she did a awesome job! I can tell she was very busy but she still came over to help. Thank you that made my day better!
