Beautiful location, fancy upscale dim sum spot in Emeryville, come here for a nice bay view walk and have dinner or lunch here with a view. Food is mediocre and expect prices to be higher than normal. You are paying for the view and good service. @only1ChristineLu follow me on IG/Yelp.

I went to downtown Chinatown to try some dim sum but found many of the places to be too touristy, and I couldn't sit comfortably. After checking Reddit and reading some reviews, I found this place that looked beautiful with comfortable seating. The dim sum was pretty awesome. I would definitely come back for some good dim sum.

This place has gone downhill more and more. Came here for a wedding banquet and the place where we sat smelled like mildew. The same wet laundry mildew smell of wet damped clothes. I believe the carpet has mildew or mold from water damage. The food was subpar at best. While there were some dishes that were ok the BBQ pork was dry and grainy. Sharkfin soup was mainly just soup and the peking duck was overcooked/dry. All the rest were OK but nothing to speak positively on. The service was not good. They missed our table a bunch of times where I had to flag the waiter/waitress that we didn't get our dishes. They also didn't offer or have water for the table until we asked for it already during service. Plates were not switched out but had to ask the waiter again when everyone had bones/shells filled on their plate. Very disorganized while some tables were attended to, we were not. Decades ago this place was good but not for a very long time. High prices is not worth the food and service here anymore.

We asked to be seated next to the window. The flies were many on the window, and the restaurant staff was killing the insects with a zapper and was effectively zapping the flies and the sound was not appetizing as we were eating the food.
