If you're a fan of dimly lit spaces that have a cozy, back-alley vibe, along with staff who pay about as much attention to you as a pet goldfish does, then this is the place for you.
The ATM was out of order, and when we arrived for lunch, there was no one available to prepare food until 2 PM. It was a disappointing experience since we traveled a long distance to reach the restaurant.
Cheap cigarettes. Dated slot machines but still had some fun.
