Large cafe with great food! absolutely amazing atmosphere too! the food is made fresh in the caffe that you can taste. definitiw one of the better caffes in emerald also very affordable!

I ordered hoki, a Chicko roll, and $8 worth of chips, but I was really disappointed with the meal. The size of the fish was smaller than expected, and the Chicko roll was not well cooked—it was mushy on the inside. Additionally, the portion of chips for $8 was quite small, and I noticed there are now limits on the chips due to reduced storage. I understand there are constraints, but cutting back like this isn’t a good solution.

I was thoroughly disappointed by the customer service—or rather, the lack of it—provided by the young brunette. We waited an hour for a $5 order of chips. I understand they might be busy, but a simple acknowledgment like, "We're very busy right now, and there's quite a wait," would have been appreciated. When I tried to express my concerns and inquire about our chips as our lunch break was ending, her response was incredibly rude. She rolled her eyes, made dismissive comments, and turned her back while continuing to speak negatively about me to a coworker. I'm appalled by the experience and will not be returning to this establishment while she is employed there. On a brighter note, the other staff members were friendly.
