Blue Heron Brewing Co - Embudo

This cozy little spot is great for hanging out. They host live bands and open mic nights, which are a lot of fun. Their happy hour is fantastic, and the lovely terrace offers delightful shade, making it an enjoyable place to relax.

We stayed here during our trip from Taos to Santa Fe, and it was fantastic! As big craft beer enthusiasts, we were really impressed with what this place had to offer. I miss the beer from San Antonio!

Stopped in after a hike, the food was mediocre and it tuck over an hour to get our pizza, even though there was only 1 table ahead of us waiting for food. Would not recommend!

Excellent beer, casual laid back environment. Locals favorite. Try the flight tray of 5 samplers for $12. Our favorite was the Red Ale and the Scottish Ale. They have Pizza and bake their own bread.
