Contribuiți la feedbackUnable to speak French BUT when Ontarians come to Quebec WE make an effort to speak.
The buzzers NEVER stopped the whole time we were there. It was horrible. Then rude people dragging chairs across the floor rearranging everything to their wishes. Send out an employee to LIFT the chairs and tables. I had a horrible headache when I left from having to concentrate so hard to hear my friends. It was not a nice experience.
Despite confirming my order with the staff and seeing it correct on the screen, they still managed to get it wrong. This experience was disappointing, especially considering I rarely visit this Tim Hortons and now I know why. It's surprising to see a lineup everyday given the poor execution of orders. As someone who has worked at Tim Hortons before, I know that these mistakes are easily avoidable. While the customer service was good, the overall execution was extremely flawed. I'm glad there is a McDonald's nearby as an alternative. *thumbs up*
The service is okay, but it's not always possible to be served in French. The drive-thru design is poorly executed, as the line often blocks traffic.
They are the fastest tims I ever been through, great food and coffee keep it up
