The carbonara pasta costs around 500 rubles, but it was served in such a small portion... The Caesar salad is also nearly 500 rubles and the chicken tasted terrible, like it came from a can and had a fridge smell. My husband and I came in with such good spirits to enjoy lunch together, but we were so disappointed. What has happened to you??? Prices have gone up, but the quality leaves much to be desired...

Hello, this is the first time I'm writing a negative review. On May 27th, my family and I decided to visit Shokoladnitsa in City Mall. We waited a very long time for our order, and the food was brought out in such a disorganized manner that one person was eating while the others were still waiting. One Caesar salad was delivered, while we waited an additional 10 minutes for the second. I ordered a tuna steak, which took ages to prepare and, when it finally arrived, was sour and spoiled. In the end, I was left hungry, my mood was ruined, and so was my digestion. I do not recommend this place.

The chef doesn’t know how to make syrniki. The manager wasn’t available, and the issue wasn’t resolved.

This was my first experience like this. I ordered pancakes with cottage cheese and jam. The pancakes were frozen, and there was ice in the cottage cheese. I asked the waiter to heat them up, and was told that they are served cold. There was an excessive amount of sugar in the cottage cheese. I strongly do not recommend this establishment.
