We go to this institution for intellectual games, usually it's okay, but today, 29.05.2023, the staff of the institution displayed the greatest lack of service and client orientation. At 18:05, we ordered the Morse, 2 beers and tea, an hour later, we never ordered, we asked for a book of complaints, and it was given 30 minutes! And two hours later, and three written statements in the complaint book, when a man at the table had already turned off the morse, and the rest of the guests didn't give up their orders, we got a beer, and they didn't apologize and let them claim money! But the tea didn't even bring, they forgot about it at all, no apologies, nothing, they just scored. The manager had shown no interest in the problem, apparently her duty was not to “work”. It's awfully disappointed at the house. I'll only be visiting for the keys, but I'll never order anything else! I don't advise anyone to leave money in this place, because no one should pay for filth! I'm adding photos of the complaint book to show the truth.

Young people are playing games, restaurant concerts, of course, cool shrimp little ones, better take a langus of the same weight, but 100 roubles more expensive. 60

Sometimes, on a rare occasion, there is some quality jazz. If you’re a foreigner, I’d encourage you to stay away from this place unless you have a strong craving to listen to a cover band on your night out, or have good friends to with as some of the other patrons seem a bit strange and unsavoury. I’d also say the menu is over priced at points. Go early to find a good table.

Beautyfull place. Good food. Clean. Not cheap but good price/value. Missing Tyumen and Russia
