1883 Dullstroom Restaurant Bar

This restaurant was a huge disappointment. The dishes were chipped, the cutlery was dirty, and there was a coffee stain on the table for three days in a row. The chicken curry potjie I ordered was dry with no sauce. The lack of kitchen management was evident as I did not see anyone for four days. Overall, not worth the money. Food, service, and atmosphere all rated a 1 out of 5.

1883 Dullstroom at Dunkeld was absolutely fantastic - the food was delicious and top-notch. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

The restaurant is clean and well laid out, but unfortunately the service and food leaves much to be desired. We waited almost 2 hours for our take away, we requested a medium well steak but got a piece of charcoal instead. To say that we were disappointed is an understatement The food honestly does no justice to the place Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 150–200

Food was good but service was absolutely atrocious. Waited 2 hours for food to be served. Please staff the establishment adequately and train front office staff to be a bit more professional!
