Taco Bell - Elyria

I had a quick experience at the drive-thru with friendly staff. I ordered soft tacos, and although the taco meat was hot, it was a bit under-seasoned. Overall, I received the service and food I expected, and based on my experience today, I would recommend this location.

They were open when I arrived, unlike another place in North Ridgeville. The staff was kind, clear, and concise, and they efficiently took care of my order.

Went last night through the dry and when it was my turn to order at the redner I was suddenly told that they were closed even when I waited in the line before they closed at 12:30 when their time says a clock when they close

Omg, I don’t understand how the prices go up but quality keeps going down!!! Funny how that works. Lazy store. Don’t bother, go the extra distance and go somewhere else.

Hot food. You now must place your order on a kiosk. No more cashier to ask questions about the menu items. They will still take cash for the order from the existing register. However, this does seem to be an inconvenience to the employees. Say goodbye to customer service ?
