Pizza Hut - Elyria

I had a pizza delivered a few weeks ago and was reminded of why I don’t order from Pizza Hut! First of all, I ordered 4 different toppings on a large pizza from the Broad St. location In Elyria. I’m NOT exaggerating when I say I didn’t see even 1 piece of green pepper or onion. I was in disbelief at the scarcity of toppings. And that sauce! It’s the most acidic tinny “sauce” I’ve ever had. I would have called and insisted that I be refunded for the worst pizza I’ve ever had, but I figured it wouldn’t make any difference. Pizza Hut used to be good. They were generous with their toppings, and the sauce and crust were good. It’s completely different than it used to be. They’ve been circling the drain for a long time. I’ll never order anything from them again.

Pizza and cinnamon sticks were baked perfectly. Order was hot and ready when I arrived. Customer service was great;

I was disappointed with my last one that I hadI did let them know that it was over baked. Usually PH's pizzas are good. Perhaps it was an off night.

They have real nice people working there. They have excellent customer service

Staff was helpful and not that crowded so we could dine in piece of mind with not a lot of chaos and noise.
